Our sensory bags are thoughtfully designed to engage all the senses during storytelling.  Packed with a variety of carefully chosen books, instruments, fidget toys and more to bring the story to life.  Our bags come in three different categories: sound, tactile and visual. Explore the stories and toys together to provide sensory stimulation, develop communication and to tell stories in fun and surprising ways.

Explore our updated collection of Storybags, containing a picture book and soft toy or puppet to bring the story to life.  The aim of the storybag is to give parents confidence to enjoy books and reading together with their child, creating a combined learning experience.

We’ve nearly 160 memory boxes and bags in our Dementia Collection available to reserve online or via your local library.  These contain old photos, postcards, physical memorabilia, jigsaws, matching games, aquapaints and breathing cats and dogs, designed to stimulate memories and discussions with/between those living with dementia, their families or carer groups.
